Sporting Influence Foundation Announces Partnership with Verity Frearson to Match Parent Donations to Support Children in Harrogate
The Sporting Influence Foundation is proud to announce its partnership with Verity Frearson, a leading estate agent in Harrogate. This funds free places at the Sporting Influence holiday camp for children facing challenging circumstances in Harrogate and the surrounding area.
Through this unique collaboration, Verity Frearson have generously matched donations given by parents during 2023 and 2024. This will provide 50 places at the SI Camp at Ashville College during the school holidays.
Matthew Stamford, Managing director of Verity Frearson said;
“At Verity Frearson we have made ongoing commitment to community engagement and social responsibility and to helping those who need the most support. We recognise the vital role that sport can play in improving not only physical, but mental health too and we already support many local sporting clubs and organisations.
When Neil contacted us to see if we’d be interested in getting involved with the charitable Sporting Influence Foundation, we jumped at the chance. We’re delighted to be able to match fund parent donations to provide free holiday places to children who otherwise would be unable to attend camps such as these.”
The SI Camp, known for its enriching and inclusive environment, offers a range of sports and activities that promote physical well-being and personal development. This partnership will ensure that more children have the opportunity to benefit from the camp's empowering experiences.
