Concert To Celebrate The Life Of Martin Gerrard
Many of you will be aware that former Harrogate Chamber President Martin Gerrard wanted to celebrate his birthday on Saturday 28th of September.
Obviously that will not now be happening - instead his family have arranged a memorial concert for Martin at 19.30 - 21.00 on the 28th of September at Wesley Methodist Church, 28 Oxford St, Harrogate HG1 1PP
This will be to raise funds for Saint Michael's Hospice and will comprise a medley of classical music and dance being led by professional performers including Nicola Gerrard (flute) Shirley Richards (violin), Lauren Turner (piano) and Hannah Gerrard (dance).
His family will publish more details shortly but in the meantime this is to ask you to save the date and we hope as many of Martin's friends and colleagues in Harrogate and area will be able to come for what will, we hope, be a very enjoyable evening so please feel free to pass these details on to anyone you think will be interested.
Whilst we plan to sell tickets in advance, there will be the facility to turn up on the night as well.
