Rudding Park 10k ParkRace Returns Supporting Martin House, Yorkshire Children’s Charity & Barnardo’s

Following the success of last year’s event, Rudding Park has announced the Rudding ParkRace – a 10k multi-terrain trail race – will return on Tuesday 14 May 2024 and entries are now open.

Once again, participants will get the chance to run a route created specifically for the event, amongst the 18th Century parkland of the privately-owned luxury resort.

Matthew Wilkinson Head of Kitchens at Rudding Park and organiser of the event comments: “Last year we welcomed over 400 runners who brought friends and family to cheer them on towards the finishing line. With Rudding House as the backdrop for the prize giving, music, hog roast and refreshments as the sun set, it made for a great party vibe!

Rudding ParkRace really has become a highlight of our Giving Back initiative and this year we are delighted to announce we will be supporting Martin House, Yorkshire Children Charity and Barnardo’s; three charities we have supported for over twenty years.”Last year’s Rudding ParkRace winner was Tom Adams from Ilkley Harriers with a time of 35 minutes 13 secs. Second place was John Ashcroft from Leeds City AC, with a time of 35 minutes 46 secs. Fastest lady was Georgia Malir also from Leeds City AC with a time of 40 minutes 25 secs.
