Rising Star Builds On Berwins’ Property Pedigree
Leading Yorkshire law firm Berwins has built on a stellar property pedigree by promoting a rising star.

Parminder Matharu, who also heads the firm’s well regarded Commercial Property unit, has been appointed as Associate Director.
The achievement recognises both growth within Berwins real estate offering and continued investment in what is an increasingly important service area.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO Paul Berwin said “Since joining the firm in 2022, Parminder has made an outstanding contribution not only to our business, but also to the businesses of the clients she and her team represent. Promotion to Associate Director is both a reflection of that contribution and an investment in the ongoing development of our Commercial Property offering.”
The announcement comes after an impressive 12 months for the team, which has seen year on year growth in a string of key performance indicators.
