Recruitment of Chair of Trustees For Rogers' Almshouses


Is Social Housing an issue you care about? Could you work with a local charity housing older, disadvantaged people?  Rogers Almshouses in Harrogate is recruiting a Chair of Trustees! 

Rogers Almshouses is looking to recruit a new Chair to join the Board of Trustees and share their skills and experience to help us to provide homes and develop a supportive community for elderly disadvantaged people from Harrogate and Bradford.   

We are looking for a Chair to provide clear and strategic leadership to an enthusiastic Board of Trustees and, working alongside the scheme manager, oversee the governance of our charitable work. 

The qualities relevant to this role are:

  • Governance Knowledge 

  • Strategic Thinking 

  • Financial Acumen 

  • Communication Skills 

  • Interpersonal Skills 

  • Commitment
