Harrogate’s Christmas offering to be unwrapped at Thursday’s BID Club
The wrappings on Harrogate’s town centre Christmas offering will be taken off at a business meeting this coming Thursday. (September, 22)
Representatives from Market Place Europe and Destination Harrogate will be joining members of Harrogate BID (Business Improvement District) at its monthly BID Club to present their plans for the festive season.
Being held at 5.30pm at the Yorkshire Hotel Sky Bar, those attending will hear more about the Christmas Fayre, additional animations, Winter Wonderland, Candy Cane Express, Father Christmas Experience, North Pole Post Office, late night shopping - and when the lights will be turned on.
The meeting will also be a chance for businesses to add their offerings into the mix.
Matthew Chapman, Harrogate BID Manager said: “At Thursday’s BID Club, we will be informing businesses what will be happening within the town centre this Festive season.
“We will be joined by Destination Harrogate and Market Place Europe, who will update us on this year’s Christmas Fayre, including location and number of stalls.
“Last year’s partnership approach worked superbly. Harrogate really was ‘Destination Christmas’, and it’s our joint aim to replicate this success this year, one that will again be well received by businesses, residents and visitors alike.
“This meeting is open to all businesses within the BID area, and will be an opportunity for them to ask questions, and to find out how that can get involved with making Christmas 2022 a Festive season to remember.”
Those businesses wishing to attend are asked to email info@harrogatebid.co.uk
