Get Involved In The Future Of Our Next Generation
Harrogate Grammar School Sixth Form is delighted to invite employers to attend our Higher and Degree Apprenticeship event on Wednesday 5th February from 12.30-17.00pm.
If attendees are able to stay for the whole event, that would be amazing, but if they are only able to attend for part of it, that would also be hugely valuable.
Employers who do not have apprenticeship vacancies but have experience in recruitment and assessment centre activities are extremely welcome to attend from 14.45.
We are looking at the following format:
12.30pm: Businesses to arrive to set up for fair
Lunch time: networking fair - open to all Sixth Form students to engage with businesses/organisations
13.45-14.45: refreshments for speakers and fair taken down to reset for the afternoon session
14.45-15.00: students to be briefed on the afternoon activities
15.00-17.00: students split into groups for assessment centre tasks and mock interviews
We have about 70 Year 13 students who are looking to apply for apprenticeships in the coming months, and the lunchtime session will be open to all year 12 and 13 students, so it is a great opportunity to capture students for next year, too.
