Harrogate Skills 4 Living is dedicated to supporting young adults with Special Educational Needs in their journey towards gaining valuable work experience and preparing for future employment.
Our organisation offers a unique program that combines vocational training in our café and chocolate factory with essential sessions in functional skills and employability. We are now actively seeking partnership with local employers who can provide work experience placements for our students. We believe your company's involvement could make a significant impact in the lives of these young individuals.
Here's how our program works:
Flexible Placements: We are willing to discuss and tailor the roles, tasks, and durations of work experience placements to align with your company's specific needs and requirements.
Dedicated Support: Each student placed with your organisation will be accompanied by an experienced job coach who will provide guidance and support, ensuring a seamless integration into your workplace.
Minimal Administrative Burden: We only require a basic health and safety form and your liability insurance number. The rest of the arrangement can be customised to suit both your company's and the students' needs.
