Beat the Wipeout course this ‘Mothering Funday’ and you could win a £100 Harrogate Gift Card for your mum
With Mother’s Day just around the corner, Harrogate BID is staging a ‘Mothering Fun Day’ Wipeout challenge, with the chance of winning great prizes, including a £100 Harrogate Gift Card.
The business organisation has joined forces with Victoria Shopping Centre and Your Harrogate, to bring its free-to-enter contest to the town centre on Saturday, March 18.
Inspired by the popular TV show, Harrogate BID’s Wipeout Challenge – being staged from 10am on the piazza in front of Victoria Shopping Centre, is a fantastic inflatable activity that will have even Richard Hammond whooping in glee as players are knocked from their podiums.
To be in with a chance of winning a prize for their mum, all contestants have to do is beat the course, and correctly answer a number of family-focused questions.
Matthew Chapman, Harrogate BID Manager, said: This Mother’s Day, we want to celebrate all of the Mums, Grandmother’s, Guardians and Mothering figures in Harrogate, by giving everyone the chance of winning some great prizes for them!
“Whilst Mother’s Day is Sunday, March 19, the day before is our ‘Mothering Fun Day’, and that’s exactly what our wipeout challenge is all about, people having fun with the added bonus of winning a great prize for their mum.
